Instruction in plein air painting will be given by Nancy Richards West, a nationally recognized wildlife and landscape painter and Resident Artist for Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge.

Experience the delights of painting in an English garden while staying at the Channel Bass Inn, an elegant B & B on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.

In addition to plein air painting instruction, be prepared to savor traditional English afternoon teas, a reception at the artist’s studio overlooking Chincoteague Bay, a picnic lunch, and an art stroll among Island galleries, antique shops, bookshops, and wine shops on Saturday evening.
