Daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
Afternoon tea is served on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 2pm or 3:30pm by reservations only for $35 per person. The tea is served in courses, 4 item Amuse Bouche, Freshly Baked Scones, Desserts and Light Finishing Course. Tea reservations can be made on the website from 2pm to 3:30pm.
Dinners are served on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm by reservation with prices ranging from $50 and up. The dinner is served slowly in courses, Soup, Appetizer, Salad, Main Course, and Desserts as an all-inclusive event.
For larger parties, such as wedding, anniversary, celebration of life events, baby showers, or other catering needs please contact us for more information. Discounts are available for multiple room bookings in the off season for groups.
Credit card information is required to secure your reservation. A $100 deposit fee will be billed upon reservation. We reserve the right to process the remainder of the price on your credit card once the required fourteen-day notice of cancellation has passed. For Pony Penning week, a 100% deposit is required at reservation.
A fourteen-day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. The deposit fee will be returned if canceled prior to the fourteen-day minimum. Should it not be possible to give fourteen days’ notice of cancellation, any refund will be based on our ability to re-rent the room.
We regret that we are unable to give any refund in case of an early departure.
Additional person above double occupancy in room is $20 for children and $40 for adults.
The Inn is pet friendly. We charge a nightly pet fee of $20. We will provide a pet blanket that we ask you to have your pet use in the room.
Check in times: 2pm to 7pm (if the room is ready, you may have it earlier). For any arrival after 7pm, a $25 service charge will be added to the final bill.
Check out time: 11 am – late check outs are available upon request.
